The E-commerce Content Assistant’s mission is to drive continuous improvement to our website, considering catalogue, conversion, and user perspectives.
Responsibilities Include
- Upload and update content to product pages and website at large
- Liaise daily with the Ecommerce Product Manager to manage the enrichment of our website pages
- Work autonomously to meet launch milestones and respond proactively to unforeseen challenges
- Enhance Excel exports to facilitate updating prices, product descriptions, and additional assets
- Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that product imagery and visual assets meet brand standards and enhance the user experience
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience
- Assist in the creation of compelling product descriptions, feature lists, and other copywriting tasks to highlight the product catalogue
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in ecommerce content management
Candidates Requirements:
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury
- A positive attitude, good initiative, and enterprise
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
- Problem-solver and a self-starter, with a track record of taking own initiative
- Experience working in Content Management Systems such as Storyblok, Contentful, WordPress or similar
- Experience working in E-commerce systems like Centra, Shopify, Magento or similar
- Strong level of competence with Microsoft Suite, Jira and Canva
