Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer

Location: London Office, 1-2 days WFH. There may be some need for travel within the UK.

Salary: Competitive plus annual bonus

About the role:

A newly established role to enable centralised management and strategic development of National Accounts (Get Harley, Laser Clinics etc) and eRetail accounts (Face the Future, Treat Your Skin etc). You are responsible for managing the direct relationship with the accounts, being the voice of HealthXchange externally and representing account specific initiatives internally, developing bespoke plans and influencing multi-function engagement. You develop robust and adaptive strategies aimed at over-achieving KPIs and delivering consistent for the benefit of the joint businesses.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day account management and monitoring performance of top customers. Maintaining regular contact with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working alongside CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) to develop, negotiate and agree JBPs on an annual cycle whilst contributing to quarterly performance reviews.
  • Input into the creation and execution of an eretail strategy whilst considering the integration and maintenance of the B2B channel.
  • Develop bespoke promotional activation plans ensuring robust YoY trade over, whilst being compliant with regulatory requirements and maintaining brand equity. Negotiating funding or brand support where appropriate. Maintain and improve mechanisms for on-going assessment of event/promo performance.
  • Work closely with marketing & education to develop the medical skincare category proposition effectively and represent the clinician throughout the customer journey.
  • Ensuring brands and products are merchandised effectively on customer sites and on owned DTCs/B2B platforms.
  • Take the time to develop customer understanding in depth to enable WIN/WIN/WIN strategies (win for us, win for the customer, win for the consumer.
  • Work closely with the CCO and other commercial leads to ensure strategies are aligned for profitable business growth.
  • Maintain and improve mechanisms for on-going measurement of customer satisfaction; consolidating feedback and engaging business support to deliver improvements.
  • Monitor the external market for potential solutions to further drive customer service efficiencies and build business cases to influence implementation. Be the champion of the change management process to ensure effective adoption and monitor improvement to enable impact analysis.
  • Work closely with CCO to develop and implement commercial activation annual plans for tier 2 suppliers with an awareness of their impact on the internal P&L and the market.
  • Oversee regular and accurate account analytics and reporting


Requirements:

  • Previous e-retail account management experience with a minimum of 3 years in national accounts.
  • Competent in data analysis with the ability to consolidate core messages for senior stakeholders.
  • An ability to influence and negotiate with customers for the benefit of all.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially savvy with an awareness of P&L impact from key decisions.
  • Strong excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of digital partnership marketing.
