A fabulous opportunity for an experienced EA has just come up to support a dynamic team based in vibrant Hammersmith offices as they go from strength to strength. You will be working for a hospitality group doing lots of really cool and interesting things, there’s never a dull moment and much to get stuck in with! The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience supporting at C-suite level for an established brand and be looking for their next exciting challenge. You will be supporting a CEO at the top of their game, carrying out everything from international travel for the executive team to preparing tea and coffee for visitors. A muck in attitude is required and rewarded!


Your responsibilities;

  • Diary management
  • Organising all meetings, including agendas and minute taking
  • Travel itineraries
  • Taking minutes
  • Office stock upkeep
  • Meeting room bookings
  • Restaurant bookings
  • Ad hoc tasks for the CEO when required

Please note this role does not have a hybrid working structure and requires the candidate to be in the Hammersmith office 5 days per week. This is a fantastic role that won’t be around for long, apply now!
