We have just picked up a remarkable opportunity for an experienced EA to support the CFO of a huge global organisation with fantastic exposure. A household name known for its cutting edge technology and reach in the luxury sector. Their remit is extraordinary. This is a fast-paced role within a professional yet dynamic environment and the ability to stretch and grown your skills. The ideal candidate will be experienced, able to remain calm under pressure and balance a busy schedule and travel itinerary, they will also have experience working within a global organisation. This is a really exciting role with a lot of scope to grow with the principle as they go from strength to strength alongside you!
- Manage and maintain a complex diary and schedule, always thinking 10 steps ahead
- Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including private jet coordination
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Ad hoc
- Projects and the ability to project manage
- Internal and External Stakeholder management
- Understanding of investor rounds
- Event management
- Board support
