An incredible opportunity to work for one of the leading Creative Directors in the luxury good industry. Working within a world-famous luxury brand, this role will bring all your Executive PA skills to bear.
The studio is a highly creative one and the Director travels for business and runs offices in both Paris and NY. You need to be adept at managing ever-changing travel arrangements, organising meetings, managing emails, a complicated calendar and working across different time zones.
All communication to this Director will come through you and you will be dealing with some of the leading names in the industry and senior figures within the brand. So communication skills are key. Speaking conversational French would be advantageous for this role.
You also need to be a team-player. The team are hard-working, focused but really fun and nice so someone who fits in with the work ethic is important.
