BT maintains a culture of listening to and valuing all its employees and their contributions; within my first year of BT I have been given the trust and authority to lead on a sizeable subsection of my project.

My project team have been really open to me suggesting new ways of working and trying new initiatives. I really appreciate the opportunity I have to work for various government customers, and I think the work that all the project teams do here is genuinely invaluable.
