Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and engaging learning environment for early years children
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote holistic development
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing tailored support when needed
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Early Years curriculum
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- EYTS (Early Years Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification (desirable)
- Proven experience working with early years children
- Passion for creating a stimulating and safe learning environment
