Salary: Starting from £24,270.90 - £25,200 per annum (Full-time equivalent - Pro-rata) ( dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Milton Keynes, MK17
We are looking for a part time, Level 2/3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Wavendon nursery, conveniently located close to Woburn Sands train station, situated close to Wavendon Primary, Swallowfields, and Brooklands schools.
Our 65 place setting is Ofsted rated 'Good' and offers a large garden, which gives access to hours of fun with a climbing frame, sandpit and bike track!
The nursery opening hours are 7:30am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday. We are flexible to offer either three or four days per week a typical shift pattern would be Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm, 9:30am-6:00pm or similar.

What you’ll be doing
Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones.
Develop and maintain strong parent/ carer partnerships
Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
What we’re looking for
Full and Relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
