Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, Primary School | Wandsworth, SW18
Duration: ongoing, Full-time,
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm.
Pay: £85-£90 per day
LTF Recruitment are seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join the support staff team of a fantastic school in the their Reception Class, bringing expertise and experience working with young children to provide excellent support and teaching to their pupils. The school is based in Wandsworth, SW18 with excellent transport links via tube and bus.
In this role you will be a key person in managing the experience of pupils and their parents. You will have a welcoming and warm manner and build confidence in our families. The role is available to start ASAP in this new term, working until the end of the academic year and continuing from September 2023. For the right candidate this will evolve into a permanent position within the school.
Day to day you will:
Work effectively with children, helping them to develop and learn.
Be a key worker to identified group of pupils.
Support the Class Teacher with the delivery of lessons.
Prepare the classroom and learning materials ahead of lessons.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents.
Contribute to creating and maintaining an excellent learning environment both inside and outdoors.
Meet the needs of all our children, including pupils who have diagnosed or emerging SEND.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of working effectively in a high-quality nursery setting.
The relevant Early Years Qualification, Level 3 or above is
Excellent initiative, problem solving and organisational skills.
Drive, motivation, and a genuine passion for education and making a difference to the lives of children.
