Our Client has a requirement for a Senior and Principal EC&I Designer, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Warrington
Role Purpose:
The EC&I Designer will collaborate with the engineering design team to develop engineering design work packages, ensuring compliance with legal and functional requirements. This includes specification, drawing, analysis, verification, or assessment of engineering aspects to meet agreed timeframes, costs, and quality standards.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Produce engineering design work packages, including specifications, drawings, analysis, and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with legal and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering design team to meet project objectives.
- Manage space, cable routing, and cable management within designated projects.
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
- Significant experience in AutoCAD.
- Demonstrable expertise in CE&I Project Delivery.
- Experience in designing building electrical services, including lighting and small power systems.
- Proficiency in CE&I instrumentation and security systems design.
- Competency in applying CDM Regulations and IET wiring regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage tight time constraints.
