Consultant/Senior/Principal Ecologist

My client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy operating across the UK. Their services include Ecology, Planning, EIA, Arboriculture, Landscape Design and more, and they have over 140 staff members.
They are seeking ecologists across Consultant, Senior, and Principal levels to join the team in the Warrington office.
Projects are varied and include residential, commercial, industrial, urban regeneration, and long-term monitoring and restoration schemes.

My client invests heavily in developing their staff, operating an internal mentoring programme for support with licenses and charterships, they are investors in people gold, and have a high staff retention rate because of this.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in Phase 1 and protected species surveys
- Strong written work (Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEAs), Environmental Statements, and Ecological Impact Assessments)
- CIEEM membership for Principal positions, or working towards chartership for Consultant/Senior positions
- Ability to provide professional advice to clients and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
- Full UK driving license
My client is particularly interested in ecologists with a Level 2 bat license, FISC level 4, and/or experience in UKHab and BNG.
