Performance Analyst Ecommerce
Our client is one of the world's most renowned American multinational software companies that is a pioneering force in the tech industry, delivering innovative software solutions that empower creatives worldwide to unleash their full potential and bring visions to vibrant life and they have an immediate requirement for a Performance Analyst to work with their E-commerce function.
The offer
- 12 month contract
- Hybrid 50% onsite in London
- salary of £80-£88k per year inside IR35 PAYE
Your day to day
- You will live the Customer Journey Steps – to ensure emerging trends are identified and anomalies addressed before they impact the business so we can drive step changes in our behaviours and our customer experience
- You will be involved in every step of the way in the different initiatives and new launches in an ever changing dynamic business - from identifying the ideal KPIs to measure in the planning stages to the actual measurement and analysis after the fact.
- You will align closely with Testing and Optimization teams in partnership with the ecommerce teams, always ready to provide them with actionable test ideas and establish a catalogue of current and historical tests and their effectiveness
What you need to succeed
- Strong skills with SQL is a must have
- Commercial Experience with Data Skills in Ecommerce
- Commercial Awareness with analytical expertise
