We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at Mokee. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering customer queries online and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Assist customers with placing orders and providing product information
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback
  • Conduct administrative tasks related to customer services and marketing


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and experience with customer service ticketing software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in French and English
