We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at Mokee. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering customer queries online and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Assist customers with placing orders and providing product information
- Manage customer complaints and feedback
- Conduct administrative tasks related to customer services and marketing
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Proficient in Google Workspace and experience with customer service ticketing software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in French and English
