Pawsome Paws Boutique are seeking a Head of Ecommerce to join our growing team in the UK. Bringing your fantastic knowledge of e-commerce management platforms, including Shopify and Tiktok, leading our online store forward through our next period of growth. You will work closely with our Ecommerce Assistant to ensure that our online store is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating our online stores
- Optimising our online store for sales, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with creative team to ensure that our online store is aligned with our launches and promotions
- Ensuring all online activity is creating a healthy return on investment
- Introducing efficiencies and automation to reduce errors and productivity
- Monitor and report on sales and site performance, and make recommendations for improvement
- A/B Testing of landing pages in order to provide recommendations for improving user experience, conversion, average order values, cross selling and upselling etc.
- Competitor analysis – look at what is happening in the industry, and ways to benchmark against other businesses in the marketplace
- Identify opportunities and trends within the market to generate new revenues streams as well as improve existing streams
- Manage our wholesale website, accounts and other third party sales platforms
- Fixing any technical issues that may arise, or liaising with third parties who can
- Ensure pages and products are optimised for search engines
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and up to date Shopify experience
- Wider understanding of ecommerce as a whole
- Demonstrated experience of results from previous roles
- Strong business judgement and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritise the highest impacting activities
- Excellent organisational skills – managing several projects at once
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with TikTok seller centre
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, based at our fun and colourful HQ in Leeds (LS12)
Pay: £30k per year, negotiable depending on experience
