Title: eCommerce Manager Location: Discovery Point, Evans Road, Liverpool, L24 9PB Salary: D epending on experience The Role We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our growing team. You will be a key member of the team working directly with the Head of Performance and Digital Marketing Manager to design and develop online trading strategies to attract target users through online marketing channels. Responsibilities Identify and execute an online trading strategy to accelerate performance across selling channels including but not limited to website, TikTok Shop and Amazon Collaborate with the wider team to understand products in terms of potential ranging, pricing strategy, product upload and subsequent trading Manage all on-site activity in relation to conversion, sales & gross profit optimisation Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance Analyse various data to deliver data driven strategies to drive performance Develop trading calendar and oversee implementation and analysis to further improve future trade and eCom plans Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to optimise the quality and experience of the traffic being delivered to selling channels Accountability Trade plan management Achieving outset KPI targets including On-site performance Revenue Trading Margin Skills Minimum 3 years' operating at similar level within online retail Beauty enthusiast Advanced analytical skills Experience using Shopify TT shop & Amazon preferable but not essential Strategy and planning, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and outside the box approaches to previous client needs Highly organised, and comfortable presenting at all levels Proven ability to lead transition and change Ability to think both creatively and commercially Happy to work at both strategic and operational levels About Us Give Me Cosmetics is an online Hair, Skin and Beauty Brand specialising in the sale of all your skin, hair and body care needs.
