As an Education Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding relationships within the education sector. Your primary focus will be on managing existing accounts, understanding their needs, and offering tailored IT solutions to support their growth and success. You will be the key point of contact, responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell a wide range of IT services. Account Management: Identify and develop opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new solutions and services that align with the client's objectives. * Offer a comprehensive suite of IT solutions, including IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, Disaster Recovery (DR), Managed Back-Up, Hardware, and Networking. * Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop IT strategies that support their educational goals, ensuring they remain at the forefront of technology. * Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams and other departments to deliver seamless service and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
