Key responsibilities will consist of:

Schools and College Outreach:

Taking a significant role in co-ordinating and supporting Schools & Colleges programme.

Supporting the wider team with large-scale event organisation, management, and facilitation.

Supporting schools and colleges to collate applications and supporting evidence for recognition. This includes gathering details around:

Staff CPD

Provision Hours

Enrichment Opportunities

Feeder Schools

Guest Speakers

Wider Community

SLT Support

Stakeholder Management

Using pre-existing designs to think creatively about how to deliver programmes that maximises

positive outcomes for stakeholders.

Liaising with all key stakeholders, maintaining excellent relationships.

Co-ordinate key stakeholders to participate in assessment panels with Academic, Government and Industry, ensuring panels run smoothly and in line with guidance.

Outreach and liaison with relevant stakeholders to successfully deliver programmes.

Reporting and Data

Analyse data and statistics, feeding information back to partners and stakeholders in multiple formats.

Producing impact reports and visualising data effectively with the ability to use other platforms when required, eg. Typeform, Notion, Trello, Nexudus, Adobe, Canva etc.

Supporting in maintaining project management tools (action logs, risk logs, activity trackers) including keeping the CRM up to date.

Maintaining data to 100% accuracy at the first, and every subsequent instance of completion.

General responsibilities:

Ensuring all prescribed company process, systems, and ethical standards are met at all times such as accurate and timely tracking and recording of the learner journey, referral to vacancies, and any other programme specific.

Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities for us to expand our offer, and for sell-on of HOST services to programme members.

Motivating, encouraging, and empowering learners across multiple programmes, identifying barriers and needs.

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Must have excellent writing skills and be able to communicate effectively in a variety of formats.
  • A good understanding of careers information, advice and guidance including Gatsby Benchmarks
  • Experience of collaborating with schools, colleges or other learning environments.
  • Experience of Project Management.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to oversee multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to work with data and draw inferences from this to inform content creation.
  • Experienced and comfortable in a client-facing role, with flexibility to adjust and deliver in response to client input quickly and effectively.
  • Conscientious with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to generate ideas and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
  • Willing to travel across the North West or West Midlands, on occasions.

Desirable:

  • Qualification relating to careers.
  • Experience of event planning.
  • Knowledge of the digital and technology sectors.
  • Experience in producing social media content and posts.
  • Experience of quality, compliance and governance.
