This can, sometimes, mean earlier morning and later evenings however, we are keen advocates of a healthy work/life balance so any extra hours accumulated, can be taken as time off in lieu, meaning more holiday than the already generous annual leave.With a manageable caseload I’ve had the autonomy to successfully invest time in personal interest projects.
There is development teams around diversity, emotion coaching, ELSA, EBSNA strategy and so much more. We also have working groups continuously running around using narrative approach and power threat and meaning frameworks and more.
