Job Description

Educational Support Worker Location: Ealing Salary: £90 - £110 per day, based on experience Contract: Full-time / Part-time roles available We are looking for dynamic and compassionate Educational Support Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with SEN. Your Role: Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and tailored learning activities Offer direct support to students with their academic, social, and emotional needs Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive, structured learning environment Provide personal care support when required, ensuring the dignity and well-being of each student Support the use of specialized resources and assistive technology to enhance learning Participate in staff meetings and contribute to discussions on individual student progress Build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families What We’re Looking For: Experience in an SEN or educational setting is preferred, but passion and dedication are just as important Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Patience, creativity, and flexibility in supporting a diverse group of learners Ability to adapt to different situations and provide personalized support for students with a range of needs Relevant qualifications are a plus but not essential – we value experience, attitude, and commitment All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
