Facilities And Technology Manager-EF International Language Campuses EF International Language Campuses, Oxford is seeking a dynamic and motivated person to join our busy Campus in Oxford to look after facilities, technology and student learning environments.
This is an exciting role ideal for someone hands-on, eager to learn and develop further as a manager. Reporting to the School Director, you will look after our IT/Technology provision for students and staff and lead our facilities team to ensure that our school and offices meet all health and safety requirements and ensure excellent standards of building presentation at all times. You will also ensure that communication with colleagues, students, and external suppliers is effective. You will also work closely with external suppliers and aim at getting the best deals to ensure we run efficiently. All responsibilities will be undertaken in accordance with EF policy and legal frameworks as well as ISI and British Council criteria. What is required? CORE SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: Highly motivated, proactive and positive, with an outgoing & confident personalityA strong negotiator with the ability to manage a budget and work within its parameters
Confident with general maintenance and IT issues with a very hands-on approach
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
Strong knowledge of both hard and soft services
