The Role

We are looking for an individual that has experience with SAAS product and packaging, ideally on a regional and global level. Experience in the L&D space is an advantage but not necessary.


This role will make you responsible for our group eLearning Content strategy, defining what eLearning content our team should be producing to meet the needs of our clients. With a wide selection of eLearning titles across the Group and a strong market opportunity, you will own our future roadmap, steering the creation, management, and upkeep of our eLearning modules at a high level.


Reporting into the e-Learning MD, you’ll push our group eLearning content strategy to exceed client’s expectations and to help us position ourselves as market leaders in our fields. You’ll be supported by your Product Lead, manage two heads looking after our production team and work closely with our subject matter experts from across the Group.


With experts in lots of different knowledge areas, you’ll have all the ingredients you need to pull together a compelling strategy and help us to deliver on a roadmap of best practice, legislative and sector specific content.


Whilst this role is based in Bracknell with a focus on content consolidation with other Group businesses and continuing our servicing of the UK workplace eLearning space, the successful candidate will be expected to liaise and attend meetings regularly with colleagues in our Group offices both around the UK and potentially across the globe as we extend our e-Learning proposition in future years.


Responsibilities:

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Know what is coming downstream to ensure that our roadmap is addressing trends, client expectations and legislative needs so that we’re on the front foot with any necessary updates or new content opportunities.
  • Maintain our Group eLearning content strategy, taking into account the needs of local and group businesses to ensure we can drive benefit from a single consolidated library of content which will continue to grow through our BAU production roadmap as well as through acquisition of other businesses.
  • Support your two direct reports and help drive “future” thinking in our content production team. Be an advocate conversations that explore how we could use new tech like AI to transform what we can deliver.
  • Inform how we “slice and dice” our consolidated content library into different packages to serve the needs of our different markets and business entities.
  • Provide bi-weekly reports on current progress against content strategy/roadmap and contribute to monthly trading meetings.
  • Be accountable for regular reporting on eLearning content success measures such as course usage, engagement and feedback.
  • Liaise closely with the Legal and Compliance Administrator and Group subject matter experts to ensure we maintain and gain approvals from relevant bodies.
  • Support our client success director in developing messaging to help drive wider engagement and adoption of eLearning content in our platform by a variety of different customer personas.
  • Serve as an evangelist for our eLearning content by supporting the marketing team with input into thought leadership initiatives such as podcasts, webinars and blogs.
  • Ability to hold meaningful conversations with stakeholders and relevant leaders regarding eLearning content and its use across our group businesses.
