Job Title: Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer (Electrical) to join our client's dynamic team in Cookstown. This role involves the critical tasks of testing and commissioning equipment designed specifically for water treatment systems. As a pivotal member of the engineering team, you will engage in interfacing with PLC, performing instrumentation duties, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operational standards.

The Role:

Perform fault finding and rectification, ensuring seamless operational efficiency.

Conduct comprehensive site acceptance tests and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).

Deliver thorough training to end users, providing expert guidance and support.

Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols and complete essential commissioning documentation.

The Person:

Must hold an applicable Electrical Qualification with a deep technical knowledge of 3-phase motors and associated instrumentation.

Experience in working with pumps, motors, dosing equipment, and control panels.

Proficiency in PLCs, automation, and telemetry is highly advantageous.

Proven ability to fault find and maintain electrical installations.

A clean driving licence
