Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Essex
Salary: £45,000 + Benefits

I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for a key client of mine based in Essex. The organisation has been in operation for over 40 years with a turnover exceeding £100 million. They have 9 sites across the UK and employ over 500 people. With a well-established global client base, they are a leading company in their field.
To support their continued growth and manage their workload, they are looking to hire another Electrical Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for plant maintenance repairs and improvements, including PPM, troubleshooting, and some minor installation works. The work will be varied, involving tasks such as dealing with pumps, conveyors, brakes, lighting, bearings, PLC's, motors, and automated systems.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or similar in an industrial environment
- Previous experience troubleshooting
- Experience with PPM
Ideal Requirements:
- 17th or 18th edition IET Wiring Regulations
- Experience working with plant equipment or on an industrial plant
- Experience with PLC's
