Key Responsibilities: Oversee Construction Projects from beginning to endCo-ordination of all design works & Interfaces with all third-party stakeholdersMaintaining excellent working relationships with Client form project start to handover; acting as ambassador with Clients and all other stakeholdersArrange and chair handover of project from estimating department to construction team.Liaise with Project Director and Operations Director in staffing of project and agree on a recruitment plan for staff and operatives particular to your staffEnsure audits are carried out by the person responsible on site for Quality Control in accordance with the design plan (if applicable)Hold weekly progress meetings with sub-contractors and ensure that safety and training are discussedMaintain excellent working relationships with the client from project start up to project completion Requirements: Trade qualification through Apprenticeship or Engineering qualificationDemonstrate appropriate knowledge and experience for work undertaken under NERS scheme (additional training provided)Relevant H&S qualification, i.e., IOHS Managing Safely or similarProven experience in managing a project from scoping out project(s)’ requirements and resources in line with strategic company objectives to the completion and delivery of the projectProven experience in managing, coordinating, and developing staffExperience in supporting a continuous improvement culture amongst the project teamExperience in High Voltage projectsAwareness of BIM technologies where relevantAwareness of Engineering processes and best practice Benefits: 23 days annual leave Company Pension contributions, Life and Disability cover Private Health Insurance contribution Educational Assistance, CPD, Chartership supports and upskilling opportunities Opportunities for international assignments to work on one of our European projects in Sweden, Denmark, or Germany Location: Bottley, United Kingdom across various sites & will be a Hybrid role Job type: Full-time, permanent contract Salary: €85k to 95k DOE If you would like to hear more about this opportunity, please apply with your up-to-date CV, and the Crewit team will contact you!Crewit Resourcing are acting as an Employment Agency and Business.
