We are seeking a skilled Electrical Service Engineer to join our prestigious client based in Stockport!
This is a field based role, and an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering specialist, that supply new machinery and work on various equipment for their large customer base.
This would suit someone who has strong electrical skills, competent with diagnosing electrical faults, wiring panels, repairing motors, electrical testing etc.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!
What Youll Be Doing
Monday-Thursday, 7am-4:45pm & Friday 7am-2:30pm
Pay
£42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

What Youll Be Doing
- Inspect, service, repair, and commission a variety of engineering machinery
- Work will include Machinery Upgrades, Retrofitting, Removals and Installations
- Wiring panels
- Motor repairs
- Electrical fault finding
- Electrical testing
- Perform both Electrical and Mechanical repairs (electrical bias)
- Work both individually and as part of a team of engineers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Drive the company van and maintain with necessary tools and supplies needed
- A mix of working in the workshop and out on-site around the Northwest
Monday-Thursday, 7am-4:45pm & Friday 7am-2:30pm
Pay
£42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Skills/Experience Required
- Strong electrical skills with some mechanical knowledge
- A background in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production or similar
- Engineering qualifications would be advantageous
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
- A British Passport is essential
- Must be flexible to stay away from home if required (approx. 2 nights per month)
- 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
