Due to continued growth my client is looking for an Electrical Site Manager eager to join an exciting and fast-growing team. Reporting into a site based Project Manager duties will include:
- Overseeing Electrical aspects of the project
- Carry out QA and snagging reports
- Manage the QA procedure for the project for both M&E
- Complete H&S paperwork
- Package management
- Leadership and Teamwork
- Work closely with the Senior PM
- overseeing day to day operations on-site
- Experience in working on high rise/ office blocks
- Attending project progress meetings
- Coordinating direct staff and subcontractors to ensure project is ran in line with the programme
