Your newpany-We are the UK’s leading facilities management and professional servicespany, and our clients range from household names in banking, criticalernment sites as well as hospitals and schools.Your new role-Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance andplete the appropriate paperwork and reports. Carry out Reactive and emergency tasks andplete the associated paperwork. Ability to produce permit to work/risk assessments as required. Identify and action any faults/remedial works in conjunction with the Helpdesk. Use handheld technology effectively to carry out all tasks. Assist other team members when required or as directed from Supervisor/Manager. Ensure that all tasks arepleted within the contractual time scales. Working with visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.What you'll need to succeed-City & Guilds Level or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role, 18th Edition Qualification,mercial Electrical Experience – working inmercial environments. Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment. Including, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable). Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
