You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time.We are looking for someone who has:Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification18th Edition regulation Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic settingExperience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association or Council.Full driving licenceAs you will be working in Customers' homes you will need to complete a DBS check.There is also the opportunity to earn additional form being on the out of hours rota as required.This role is for a team based in Gloucestershire so you will need to live here.Part of Platform Housing Group, Platform Property Care is a well-established property maintenance business.
