An established and successful Engineering company based in Redditch (Worcestershire) who specializes in design, manufacturing of Electronics in the Transportation Industry have a new role to recruit for an Electronics Design Engineer to join the growing team and business. The Electronics Design Engineering role is also open to Graduate or Junior Electronics Engineers with 1-2 years’ professional industry experience as you will have a clear path for career progression and development within the growing engineering business in which if you put in good application and effort, as well as enthusiasm, you will be valued and rewarded.
Salary on offer:
The salary on offer for the successful Electronics Design Engineer is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
The role:
This is an exciting hands on because the successful Electronics Design Engineer will join a dynamic engineering team to design, develop and manufacture cutting edge technology to provide real world positive impact.
Electronics Design Engineer Key Skills:
- Degree or HNC/HND qualified in Electronics, Electrical equivalent engineering discipline
- Experience of the full product design lifecycle
- 2-3+ years industry experience
- Electronics Circuit Design (analogue & digital)
- PCB Design & Schematic Capture
- Knowledge & experience of microcontrollers & microprocessors
- Ability to use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
- Practical skills – Circuit prototype testing, debugging of electronic circuits, fault finding, soldering
- Ability to create technical documentation and reports to define your designs
- Self-motivated, team player, innovative, analytical and problem solving skills
