Email Marketing Specialist, Northwest Surrey (1-2 days a week in office), Up to £40,000
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join an award-winning B2B people-first marketing agency that prioritises growth and development of their team members.
This is a very exciting time to join the agency as they are experiencing a significant amount of growth and are looking for a talented individual to join them on the upwards trajectory!

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion
- Managing CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
- Conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to optimize email performance
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years previous experience in email marketing and CRM management
- Agency experience is ideal
- Campaign management including segmentation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in A/B testing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
