Job Title: Email Marketing Executive
Salary: £25,000-£30,000
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
My client is a leading retail group with over 30 locations across the UK.
Job Summary:
I am seeking a motivated Email Marketing Executive to lead on the email communications strategy. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will execute email campaigns and personalisation tactics to enhance engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise email content.
- Use user behavior data to personalise email strategies.
- Collaborate to grow lead acquisition and the subscriber base.
- Ensure accurate database segmentation.
- Implement and refine A/B testing.
- Create and proof email content with the design team.
- Analyse email marketing performance.
Experience:
- Strong understanding of email marketing systems and customer engagement.
- Experience with WYSIWYG editors and marketing automation.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and digital marketing.
- Organised and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Degree or qualification in marketing.
- Strong experience managing email marketing communications.
