Salt have partnered with a global healthcare business to help them hire a brand new role within one of their high performing divisions, with a half a billion dollar business scope. In this role as the Retail Trade Marketing Manager you will develop and implement omnichannel trade marketing strategies, whilst having a strong financial acumen, ensuring to achieve strong ROI on all campaigns.
The role:
- Create and deploy the Omnichannel Trade Marketing Strategy throughout the EMEA regions.
- Work with the Trade Marketers in the region to help execute the strategy and measure the effects to improve conversion.
- Define KPIs for both instore and online trade marketers and account managers to measure performance.
- Develop and execute the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
The Person:
- Strong Regional Trade Marketer/Shopper Insight background from a regulated market
- Digital Marketing Experience
- Strong Financial Acumen
- Project Management skillset
