12 month contract - inside IR35 - £250 (PAYE) per day
We are seeking an Emerging Talent Recruitment Manager for an initial 12-month contract (with a chance of extension). This role is critical for enhancing our stakeholder management and spearheading our recruitment strategies, with a particular focus on candidate attraction through active headhunting and direct engagement as well as traditional advertising methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive recruitment campaigns aimed at attracting and hiring graduates and apprentices, particularly in the fields of cyber, data, engineering, and operations.
- Focus on diversity in recruitment, with a special emphasis on technical roles.
- Travel to university campuses for recruitment drives and to build strong relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
- Manage a team of four direct reports based in Sheffield, overseeing recruitment from school leavers upwards.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team to target universities effectively and enhance recruitment processes.
- Transition recruitment to a skills-based selection process, particularly for degree apprenticeships and school leaver programs.
Requirements:
- Experience of Graduate and Degree Apprenticeship recruitment.
- Proven understanding and experience of campus recruitment and building relationships with universities.
- Experience in managing recruitment within financial or professional services, with a deep understanding of the complexities of the banking sector, ideally recruiting for technical roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for university visits.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
