Burman HR are working with a leading public sector organisation based in London who are looking to recruit an employee engagement and experience specialist on a 6 month contract. You will lead on building a learning culture and lead on employee engagement and wellbeing practice across the organisation.

Experience:
* Experience of developing or managing employee engagement surveys
* Experience of presenting to boards and senior teams
* Development of programmes/interventions to support employee development
* Experience of managing employee wellbeing programmes
* Experience of developing and/or delivering employee development programmes
