An Interim Employee Relations Manager to:
- Manage complex case work including disciplinaries, grievances, long term sickness and employment tribunal
- Provide coaching and training to managers
- Looking at risk and de-escalation
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team
- Line manage an ER Advisor
- Support the effective delivery of the people strategy
- Work with relevant stakeholders to provide support and guidance, such as on people capabilities and performance
- Support on policy development work
Profile
An Interim Employee Relations Manager with:
- Experience managing complex casework
- Experience within higher education desirable
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
