This is an exciting and truly unique opportunity for an employment lawyer to join the business and lead on employment law matters for EMEA.
The Opportunity
The role will be the main employment lawyer for the region and will be broad in terms of employment matters, encompassing HR matters, workers’ compensation, labour relations and employee benefits, employment strategies, data privacy employment matters and compliance with applicable EU laws. The role will work closely certainly with HR but also a range of divisions across an international workforce.
About You
The opportunity will suits an individual who enjoys variety and the pace of the retail environment, who can navigate an international matrix structure and who values building and establishing relationships.
Broad employment law experience is key with any in-house experience certainly being of interest. The ability to make decisions and advise the business pragmatically is also essential.
