My client is highly regarded for its employment law expertise whether it be working on behalf of claimants or respondents or whether it be on contentious or non-contentious matters. Due to a recent period of strong success and growth, there is an opportunity for an experienced junior employment lawyer to join the team in Leeds.
Candidates applying for this role can expect to get involved in high-quality and wide-ranging employment law work including, but not limited to:
- Advice on family friendly policies and procedures
- Changing terms and conditions of employment
- Discrimination and equal pay claims
- Misconduct, poor performance and sickness absence issue
- Volume settlement agreements
- Representation at employment tribunals
- Redundancies and restructures
- TUPE advice
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal claims
