The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor, or Legal Executive to join its Northampton office to deal with:
- Legal Compliance Auditing
- Drafting Domestic & International Contracts, Handbooks, Policies & Procedures
- Management of Employment Disputes
- Trade Union Negotiations
You will also have the opportunity to touch upon international work, although previous experience is not necessary as all the relevant training will be provided.
About You
To be considered for this position you will ideally be 3 years’ PQE, with an in-depth understanding ofbusiness-related employment. You will have strong interpersonal skills, as well as an aptitude for business development.
