The firm acts for union members in employment tribunals and, when necessary, other courts in , discrimination at work claims, or cases related to transfer of undertaking and collective redundancies (TUPE).They have been involved in most landmark cases in all aspects of employment law work. They include appeals not only to the Employment Appeal Tribunal but also to the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.This is a busy and growing department, and with the opportunity to work alongside a busy and leading Partner in this field, there is a fantastic opportunity to progress within a renowned Legal 500 firm.RequirementsYou will be an Employment Solicitor 4+ PQE.You will have prior experience and a keen interest in unior workYou will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.You will have experience drafting and negotiating a range of property-related documentation.RemunerationSalary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience.Excellent benefits and opportunity for progression.
