The firm's market leading Employment team offer global coverage from their UK and international offices. They act as trusted advisor to a number of leading FTSE blue chip organisations and financial institutions, dealing with cutting edge claims, projects and corporate transactions.
The team's work regularly involves an international dynamic, working closely with colleagues in their international offices, such as advising clients on cross border information and consultation, benefit redesign exercises and global mobility.
The team also regularly advise clients in relation to executive level employment law issues such as senior level recruitment and termination, executive compensation arrangements, bonus claims, team moves and enforcement of restrictive covenants. The team are increasingly engaging with clients on strategic projects such as global change management exercises, reward philosophy projects and gender pay gap audits.
The team are looking to recruit an Employment Associate (3-5PQE) to join their Employment team in London. The ideal candidate will have experience in the full range of contentious, non-contentious, and transactional employment matters for employers in the UK and internationally. You will also have excellent academics gained from a top university.
