Employment Solicitor - Kent - NQ - 3 PQE
A rare and exciting Employment opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join a fantastic Legal 500 firm with an enviable reputation.
You will be working within a fantastic team, advising both individuals and corporates on a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters,
The work will be varied and will consist of matters to include advising employers and employees in employment disputes, whistle blowing, discrimination, employment tribunal claims, employment contracts and wrongful/unfair dismissal claims.
You will be working closely alongside the existing team who are supportive and work cohesively. You will be someone that is commercially minded and is happy to get involved in business development and marketing activities to help further drive the department forward.
