The role
This is a stand-out opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join this multi-award-winning firm, at an exciting time.
The role will offer a broad and interesting caseload, including but not limited to; contentious and non-contentious; Employment contracts, assisting on commercial matters, redundancy, post-termination restrictions, settlement agreements, TUPE and whistleblowing.
You will work as part of the firm’s flourishing employment department working alongside a very passionate Employment Partner. This role comes with excellent prospects for long-term personal and professional development and progression, with many of the senior Lawyers and Partners at the firm being homegrown.
Requirements
- You must be an experienced Employment Lawyer (likely at Associate or Senior Associate level, however, the firm is also open to considering up to Legal Director level). You must have at least five years PQE in running an employment caseload (no upper limit on PQE)
- You will have experience in Business Development and be confident in networking to win new clients. Contacts in Kent and/or Sussex would be a distinct advantage
- You should be an ambitious person with aspirations to grow in the business
