JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2 to 5 years’
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: Up to c£45,000 DOE
THE ROLE:

The appointed Employment Solicitor will be required prepare and draft new contracts and policies and providing corporate support as well as advising clients on a wide range of employment matters and working alongside partners/ associates on contentious matters. You will have the confidence and the ability to take appropriate daily decisions on cases to ensure their swift progression. This firm offer the role
as a part-time or a full-time position.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 2 to 5 years’ experience in handling their own mixed caseload of Employment matters. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail which will enable you to construct clear and effective arguments, yielding the best result for clients. You will have the opportunity to play an active and key role in the future direction of the firm, and in the development and growth of the Employment team.
