This progressive firm with an expanding UK footprint is looking to appoint an ambitious Employment Associate to join their team in Oxford or Bath.
As part of this dedicated, partner led team, you'll benefit from excellent supervision and development as well as the opportunity to broaden your experience as an Employment solicitor. The team is well respected and handles a range of matters including:-
- Managing disciplinaries and grievances,
- Managing performance and absences,
- Drafting contracts of employments,
- Settlement agreements,
- TUPE transfer
- Employment tribunal claims
