Job Description

Job title: Employment Solicitor
Location: Reading
Salary: £80k-£95k - depending on experience
PQE Level: 6+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

Our client, a global firm with strong rankings abroad and in the UK, is looking to grow their highly regarded employment team. The team handle the full range of contentious and non-contentious instructions for a wide range of clients within the information technology, financial services, logistics, automotive, utilities, media, and retail sectors.

You will already have gained experience, acting for both employers and employees, advising on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment and HR issues. Good communication, client care and organisation skills are a must. The role will involve assisting with new cases, running your own varied case load and assisting senior members of the team in larger matters. You can expect to be involved in a variety of complex and rewarding work, with notable national and international clients.
