The Role

Working within this highly rated and Tier 1 ranked national Projects team, you can engage with the full range of matters, from construction, commercial and regulatory to funding and procurement.


With the support of an award-winning team of skilled and experienced colleagues, you will advise clients on some of the most cutting-edge, large-scale energy and infrastructure projects in the UK and abroad. Counted amongst the team's many notable clients are several FTSE 100 firms, as well as some of the UK’s largest public bodies and numerous international clients.


Projects include massive infrastructure developments and re-developments, transportation networks, defence and renewable power projects spanning technologies across wind, solar, green-hydrogen, geothermal power, biomass and more.


You will be empowered to specialise in specific sectors or niches as you wish and encouraged to delve into the work that most interests you. Further, as a senior member of the team, you can get involved in firm and departmental-wide business development, helping to strengthen existing relationships and develop new clients.


You will be in the position to develop market-leading expertise with a reputable team and progress quickly through the ranks of one of the most accomplished and well-regarded firms.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Is an experienced lawyer with at least 3+ years of relevant PQE
  • Can manage a varied caseload and work with a range of clients, engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Enjoys a team environment and supporting junior colleagues in their development
  • Is commercially aware and has strong technical knowledge
  • Constantly seeks self-improvement and professional development
  • Consummate business developer
