Job Description
Energy Manager Needed for a well known Facility Management company.
The role of the Energy Manager is to enable the client's energy reduction programs through monitoring, targeting and interventions on building services.
This role has a strong focus on supporting my clients dedicated Engineering Maintenance team to ensure that their client assets entrusted to our client are maintained and operated as efficiently as possible.
• Perform deep dive audits on the existing HVAC and Electrical Systems and identify opportunities / design gaps for optimisation through actionable recommendations.
• Responsible for the tactical delivery of BMS optimisation recommendations.
• Monitor data systems to determine ways of enhancing assets energy performance.
• Review data analytics to identify adverse trends and anomalies and provide progress reports.
• Manage energy related queries and investigate on site, including BMS interventions in conjunction with the Engineering Team
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as an Energy Manager in the Building Services field.
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, engineering controls expertise, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, as well as excellent communication skills.
• Experience of BMS/ automated controls related to Trend IQ Vision 4 and View 8, Tridium Niagra
