Rare opportunity for an enfranchisement solicitor to join a busy department and be a part of a team that has strong plans and ambition for the future. With a resilient client base, an excellent regional reputation and a well-established position in the market they have capitalised on their strong foundations and are now in a position to push forward with further growth plans.
You will have had considerable exposure to property matters with particular experience of enfranchisement. The role will be interesting and challenging, handling a broad spread of work including right to manage applications, freehold sales/purchases under the provisions of the L&T Act 1987. You will have hands on experience working directly with clients ranging from individuals to developers .
