Job Description

Are you a communications expert who thrives on creating and managing outstanding engagement strategies in science and healthcare? Do you have a track record of developing professional working relationships with a wide range of people both inside and outside your organisation? We’re looking for a key member of our communications and engagement team at Genomics England, who will be supporting and communicating some of the most exciting, cutting-edge medical developments. You’ll be quick at understanding how to bring people on board with the objectives and goals of our company, but always with an empathetic and listening ear for understanding others’ perspectives – and be good at reflecting and feeding those views back into Genomics England’s work.

And you’ll help us get to grips with, and navigate through, some of the tricky ethical and societal challenges that go with it. You’ll use all of the knowledge and skills you’ve learnt so far (and add to these) to gather insights, build partnerships and communicate effectively to ensure that everyone benefits from genomic medicine.
