Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Engagement Manager to join the team. This Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our agency teams on client engagement initiatives and assisting in the training of agency specialists. This role requires great presentation skills, attention to detail, and an ability to proactively engage with teams across the business including Product and EMEA Agency Leads. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude, an ability to simplify the complex, and a passion for driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with agencies and clients to develop and execute engagement strategies that maximize platform adoption and usage.
  • Serve as a point of contact, providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower agency specialists with deep platform knowledge and effective client campaign utilization.
  • Work cross-functionally to champion customer needs, driving continuous platform enhancements based on usage data and feedback.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to dynamic content and digital media platforms.
  • Coordinate and deliver regular product updates and training in collaboration with regional and central agency teams.
  • Support the Product Owner and Business Analysts in requirements gathering.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including product propositions with clear use cases and case studies, to support agency and client-specific training needs.
  • Partner with agencies to leverage Adtech data and platform technology to optimize client campaign delivery and demonstrate value through insights gained from deep dives and analyses.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, campaign management, and standard workflows/metrics (cost calculations, performance measurement).
  • Be knowledgeable in advertising technologies (DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, etc.), verification methodologies, and dynamic creative optimization (DCO).
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (ideally within digital media/technology) with proven success in new business pitches and showcasing product value propositions.
  • Combine a technical and problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive client success. (Experience with analytics solutions and strong Excel skills a plus).
  • Possess excellent communication skills that empower the candidate to confidently translate complex & technical concepts into simple and actionable outcomes.
  • Demonstrate experience in digital, programmatic, and social media, including ad formats and best practice.
  • Be adaptable and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of common digital video media/Social platforms.
